Mamata Banerjee condemned Government for arresting cartoonist Aseem Trivedi

UPA's ally, Trinmool Congress Party President and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee condemned UPA Government for arresting Cartoonist Aseem Trivedi
for allegedly displaying cartoons of Digvijay Singh, Kapil Sibal, Rahul Gandhi and few other politicians along with few other small significance caricatures of Parliament, the national emblem and the Constitution during an India Against Corruption (IAC) protest and posting the same on a social networking site. She said that she condemned the totally maoist action of the UPA government and asked it to show some perseverance and patience as like her.
