After a positive appraisal of India's great mascot and only intelligent fighter Digvijay Singh (Diggy Chacha) for his limited period fast, Narendra Modi (Modiji) is in seventh heaven. In all this happiness, Modiji refused to wear skull cap and embraced Gandhi Topi. The topi will have gold embossed sentence "I am Modi". Modi is also considering mask for the people who are more loyal towards his concept to show that everybody and everywhere there is a Modi.
"Modi sir wants every Indian to become "I am Modi". I am a development man. It is a very unique idea and we shall print lakhs of topis and masks to distribute among lakhs of followers," one T-spoon of Modiji gave details.
"After Diggy's appreciation, Modiji felt that Muslims will embrace his ideology as Diggy has a very strong footing in the community. We even had words with Azhamgarh Madarsha management, Uttar Pradesh and they confirmed us that Diggy is considered as an icon over there," one senior BJP leader said.
"He added Modiji would definitely like to wear the skull cap. But today Gandhi topi is more popular and therefore he decided to go with Gandhi Topi only. Also as Diggy Chacha welcomed him to India's most elite club, Gandhian Approach Club we thought it would be the best time to adopt his principals of truth, peace and forgiveness," the leader added.
Modiji asked the crowd "What's in the name of topi? once asked Shakespeare which now I want to ask you all."
When asked about why the tag line "I am Modi" which resembles to Anna Hazare's "I am Anna" to the senior leader of BJP, he said "Actually, we considered this idea last year only but don't know how Team Anna had robed it from us. Modi is a development man and therefore we thought of implementing this idea. Other reason was Rahul Gandhi could have used the tag line "I am Rahul" to portray as a youth icon so we wanted first mover advantage."

Diggy Chacha said that Annaji is a mask of terror organisations such as RSS. However, Anna Hazare recently went for a 12 day fast for the country to implement Lokpal Bill in India.

Mostly unknown to other parts of India, Uttar Pradesh's famous leader, future CM of UP, SP's most activated active leader and son of great political thinker (little bit) Mulayam Singh Yadav's son, Akhilesh Yadav plans to set out on a 'Kranti Rath Yatra' that will cover 350 assembly constituencies of the state in the next two weeks.
"350 constituencies in two weeks, it looks impossible on bicycle," when asked DCFC reporter to Akhilesh Yadav. He said "Who told you that I will sit on bicycle? That is for aam admi. Entire structure is like I will sit in a fully AC car with bicycle design on it (courtesy and sponsorship rights to Atlas Cycles) while my companions will support me by running on bicycles."
His father and SP president Mulayam Singh Yadav had taken out a similar yatra in 1987. Mulayam had struck a chord with the people and had become very popular during the yatra.
It paid electoral dividend two years later when he rode to power with a thumping win. "We are expecting the same for Akhilesh," SP spokesman Rajendra Chaudhary said.
"We shall tell the people how the Congress-led UPA was involved in corruption in the 2G spectrum sale, the Commonwealth Games and other scandals. It is also necessary to inform the people about how Mayawati wasted Rs10 lakh by sending an empty aircraft to Mumbai just to fetch a pair of sandals for her," Chaudhary added. "We want to expose Mayawati's sandalism," he said.
When asked why suddenly SP felt to raise corruption as a topic, Akhilesh Yadav said "We are the pioneers of anti-corruption movement which also we want to recall the people. We threw Amar Singh, a most corrupt politician of India out of the party."
In line with many yatras such as Rahul Baba's padyatra, BJP's rathyatra all over India against corruption, SP's cycle rathyatra in UP against UP corruption, famous for sandalism, Mayawatiji (Behenji) plans a hathiyatra all over UP.
The yatra will finish 1 month before UP elections. "Uttar Pardes aur India me sab jagah Congress aur BJP ke Manuwaadiyone mujh jaise garib dalito ko pareshaan kiya hai. This yatra is to answer their conspiracies against me. Congress has appointed manuwadi Wikileak chief to relinquish me and therefore all dalits from UP. This hathiyatra will answer them in a right way," Behenji informed reporters.
When asked that is this hathiyatra in line with cycle rathyatra of Akhilesh Yadav, Mulayam Singh's son, she said that is all political drama and there is no corruption in UP in her term. She said that she was not really worried about Uttar Pardes as it has already become a progressive state in India and therefore chose to devote all the time to stay on hathi till the elections began. She will cover all the assembly constituencies in UP and if necessary in other states before the respective elections.

To implement the principle of cordial co-existence with other languages, India's most desirable English man in Lungi P Chidambaram (Chiddu uncle) said that he would join hindi classes in a near term.
"Yea my first target is to learn and understand hindi and after that I would urge my Tamil friends to learn hindi and also talk in hindi. I would also request to my south Indian shopkeepers and office owners to include hindi in their banners," said Chiddu uncle.
"On the occasion of the Hindi Diwas, I call upon all of you to assign greater space to Hindi in our official work, and implement the principle of cordial co-existence among various languages as has been envisaged in the Constitution and The Official Languages Act," he said at a Hindi Day function in New Delhi.
"I urge my Tamil friends that they talk to everybody in India in hindi language rather than complicated english. This will show a friendly gesture to all Indians," Chiddu uncle said with a mischievous (as told by Annaji) smile.
The Home Minister said the use of Hindi has played a vital role in harmonising the diverse cultural and linguistic elements and in emergence of a united India.
Chidambaram said there were some recent positive developments for the cause of promotion and propagation of Hindi and the government would like to carry these forward. "We need to collectively deliberate on the various measures for ensuring wider use of Hindi in different parts of the country which include Southern India. Prime Minister (Manmohan Singh) has also given the direction to formulate an all-encompassing strategy for the promotion and use of Hindi as our Official Language...," he said.
Chiddu uncle's supporter said "Chidduji is very serious for learning hindi. He can't understand complicated tone of Lalu and Mulayam which he thinks are making fun of him."
Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik welcomed Home Minister P Chidambaram's (Chiddu uncle) remarks that India could not blame Pakistan for all terror attacks on Indian soil and asked Pakistan government to give him Pakistan's highest civilian award "Nishaan-e-Pakistan".
"He is the best person who tries to bring peace and harmony in India against the war of terrorism. We always told big brother America that India is the source of all terrorism particularly Saffron terrorism which now the country's home minister himself has recognized. It is better not to blame each other without evidence," Malik said during an interaction with reporters outside parliament.
He said "For so many years I have got fed up of listening that 26/11 Mumbai Terror Attack was done by Pakistanis while there was no concrete evidence provided by India. Now as Miyaan Chidduji himself said that don't blame Pakistan we feel we should also close the file of Mumbai Terror Attack."
During an interview with BBC, Chidduji indicated that a recent bomb blast at the Delhi high court could have been carried out by home-grown militant groups.
"We can no longer point to cross-border terrorism as a source of terror attacks in India. We have enough of terrorists here in India. We have many colored terrorists such as saffron color, green color, blue collar, white collar and red color. I think red color is worst while Diggyji thinks saffron color terrorism is worst while BJP thinks green color terrorism is worst. So many colors we have even in terrorism. India is diverse, plural country in terrorism as well," Chidambaram was quoted as saying.
Illyas Kashmiri promoted and founded, Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami's spokesperson said "Nawaab Chidduji gave a real tribute to our hero Janaab Illyas. Earlier his friend Mr. Diggy also gave great honor to our Osama-bin-Laden. We really want to give our highest award "Sharbat-e-ul-Aman" for peace making process to Nawaab Chidduji and Janaab Diggyji. We have already sent a proposal to our beloved Farishta Ahmad Shuja Pashaji (Director General of ISI) to consider these awards for Chidduji and Diggyji."
"Our major intention to spread peace across the world and to rescue Kashmiris," said the spokesperson. "We now feel that all our efforts of peace making process has paid off which include sending Peace Pigeons to Delhi and Mumbai. Thanks to Nawaab Chidduji," said Indian Mujahideen's mouthpiece with an emotional voice. "Our ambition is to become as big as NGOs like Al Qaeda dedicated towards spreading peace and harmony to the world," said the spokesperson.
Chidambaram said though the HuJI had claimed responsibility for the attack, the group had been inactive in India for a while.
He further said two other recent terror attacks in Pune and Mumbai were believed to have been carried out by "Indian modules or India-based modules". Sources said that Diggy Chacha is planning a fresh attack on RSS based on Chiddu uncle's statement that attacks were Indian modules or India-based modules.
Earlier, two honorable Indians received highest awards such as Nishaan-e-Pakistan and Nishaan-e-Imtiaz.
Morarji Desai:
The details why Morarji Desai received the award were not yet disclosed. But some historical references could be helpful. Morarji Desai had described the Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW), India's external intelligence agency, as the praetorian guard of Indira Gandhi and had promised to stop all activities of the R&AW after becoming prime minister. He closed down much of the agency, and reduced its budget and operations. B. Raman, the former head of the Counter-Terrorism Division of R&AW and noted security analyst, reveals that, in an unguarded moment, Morarji Desai indiscreetly told Pakistan's Chief Martial Law Administrator General Zia ul - Haq that his government was well aware of Pakistan's nuclear development.
Dilip Kumar:
The award was given to Dilip Kumar for the humane activities to which he had dedicated himself. He had worked for the poor; he had worked for many years to bridge the cultural and communal gaps between India and Pakistan. The above reason was maintained by Dilip Kumar himself.
"Why do you always blame on Pakistan for every terror attack? It's an innocent country. Everything starts in India and finishes here. See Maoism which is more risk for the country than terrorism starts here and ends here," said India's home minister P. Chidambaram (Chiddu uncle)
Saying India-based modules were behind 13/7 Mumbai blast and the Pune explosion, Home Minister P. Chidambaram said on Tuesday that India cannot blame Pakistan any more for terror attacks.
According to a source closed to US Congress said that US is considering India to declare as a terror hub which gives birth to terrorism and faces itself.
"We can no longer point to the cross-border modules as the source of terror," Chidambaram told BBC.
Chidambaram said that out of four terror attacks (Pune, Mumbai and two in Delhi), which took place in recent times, at least the first two was carried out by "Indian modules". However, he kept mum whether the attacks were funded by Pakistan or not. He also didn't feel to disclose the reasons behind the attacks. If Pakistan was not supporting the attacks then what was the reason for the attack.
Indian modules mean people in India were responsible in carrying such attacks.
"We are fairly certain," the minister said, adding, while HuJi and IM had claimed the responsibility for Delhi blast, investigations were on to confirm who were behind them.
Asked if India needed to do "different" to curb Indian modules, Chidambaram said "not different but more". However, he didn't disclose more as a secretive policy.
He exposed some of the high profile long term (10-20 years) plans.
"We need to put pressure on our friends, Pakistan, to stop terror activities in its neighbor-hood (Was it Afghanistan Chiddu uncle?)," he said, adding, we need "enormous" (meaning what?) counter-terror mechanism.
"We do need own counter-terror capacity (What that mean? Don't we have our own counter-terror capacity? And When shall we have that one?)," he said.
The minister added, "We are building capacity. There is some distance to go before we can say we have adequate capacity. (What will be capacity utilization? Will it be 99% or 100%?"
Maintaining there is no doubt that Pakistan is the epicentre of terror, Chidambaram said "there are people in India, who can join hands with them (and still Chiddu uncle says that Pakistan was not involved in terror?)", which is a concern.
"Another concern is the radicalization of youth. If more youth are radicalized, it will create more trouble for us. We have to wean them away. Then there is the concern how to communicate with the people of India (Actually, government don't want to communicate which exposed through agitation saga of Anna Hazare). Policing is not easy in India. India is diverse, plural country. Policing India is a very complex task," the minister concluded.
