In spite of tiredness out of 5 day rally that too for the prosperity of farmers, Rahul Gandhi (Rahul Baba) showed tremendous amount of energy and condemned Mayawati’s land policies.
He on Saturday demanded Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati provides enhanced compensation for all land acquisitions during her tenure, intensifying the high-decibel campaign the Congress leader has launched against the BSP supremo after the police firing on agitating farmers in Tappal and Bhatta-Parsaul. Sources said Rahul Baba had detailed discussion with Digvijay Singh (Diggy Chacha) who told him not to worry in his absence in UP and carry on the crusade against land acquisition policies in “UP”.
Sources said Diggy Chacha told Rahul Baba that Congress’ policy of focusing on 1 state at a time (often ahead of the elections) has always helped it a lot. Chacha, himself is thrashing on corruption in “MP” (making a stage as in next 2-3 years he will comeback from his political sanyaas).
In an emotional speech, Rahul Baba dubbed UP's "new land policy" as an attempt to hoodwink farmers as it was being implemented with prospective effect. "Bhatta Parsaul, Tappal and lakhs of farmers whose land was acquired earlier would not be covered by the new policy. Don't they have a right to higher compensation?" he asked at a kisan mahapanchayat here on Saturday.
Rahul accused the Mayawati regime of colluding with builders and acquiring farmland for housing colonies and golf courses, painting a contrast with Congress which he said devised programmes for the poor like job guarantee scheme and right to food.
UP Congress chief Rita Joshi announced "mahapanchayats" starring Rahul would be held in all 18 divisions of the state.
Baba emphatically replied on BSP’s remarks that all is drama. He said "if that is nautanki, then its fine". Rahul Baba raised the question about actual intention of the UP government and said the amended land acquisition law would be a reality in the coming parliament session, but warned "the main issue is government's niyat (intentions)". He once again put an example of Haryana and asked "Else, why there is no firing in Haryana under the old law?"

Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh (Diggy Chacha) claimed that there was a tacit understanding between the BJP and the BSP in Uttar Pradesh. This interesting claim came after reporters asked Chacha’s views on Rahul Gandhi’s (Rahul Baba) padyatra. However, Chacha has not yet maintained on which context he was talking about. As Chacha’s fans we are confused, however Congress insiders said with an anonymity these are very intelligent remarks from Chacha and these remarks will definitely restrict Muslim votes to move towards BSP in upcoming elections. They further said Congress President Madam Soniaji will be happy.
“The two parties always had a tacit understanding in Uttar Pradesh,” Diggy Chacha told reporters in Bhopal. Interesting thing is Chacha understood the link between BJP and BSP based on resemblance in the remarks of both the parties that Rahul Gandhi’s ‘padayatra’ in UP as a political drama.
Diggy Chacha also clarified on the event of arrest of a man carrying pistol who was trying to move close to Rahul during his padayatra, Singh said the Special Protection Group was looking into the matter.
Chacha was furious when reporters asked him about religious leader Asaram Bapu’s alleged remark that Congress president Sonia Gandhi should be asked to leave India, he said he would not remain quiet if such statements continued. We understood from sources that Chacha is trying to find out Bapu’s links with RSS and VHP.
Continuing his search for clean and clear air in Madhya Pradesh, Diggy Chaha (Digvijay Singh) demanded an inquiry into the alleged blackmoney amassed by Madhya Pradesh Ministers. Crores of rupees are found in raids at the residences of government officers which indicates the level of corruption in the state, he added.
About his mission for full secularism in India, Diggy Chacha said though the BJP talked of looking after the interests of Muslims, its government in Madhya Pradesh was not keen on implementing the Sachar Committee recommendations.
“If the BJP is serious about Muslims, it should implement the Sachar Committee report,” he said.

As was popular belief that Rahul Gandhi
(Rahul Baba) had arranged footmarch for upcoming elections in Uttar Pradesh (or Behenji’s Uttar Pardes), Chacha Digvijay Singh
(Diggy Chacha) clarified that the rally was only with an aim for the “prosperity of farmers”.
“Elections
are not the aim of this mahapanchayat, the aim is prosperity and happiness of farmers,” he said. Chacha’s statement also cleared air on the popular belief that Rahul Baba wanted to get away from his digestion problem and increasing worries of overweight. We believe the rally will definitely inspire Opposition Leader Mr. Nitin Gadkari
(Nitin Kaka) for losing some weight and adding one more exercise to his bucket of few asanas like Shavasan.
However, despite the greatest maestro on the earth Diggy Chacha’s clarification Opposition parties had problem. Few opposition leaders said prosperity of farmers is promised by Rahul Baba when farmers will discard Behenji’s rule from Uttar Pradesh (Uttar Pardes).
They also said the rally was arranged near to NCR by Diggy Chacha as Madamji
didn’t want Rahul Baba
to go far away.
However, opposition party people showed some worries regarding the success of the rally. Diggy Chacha’s statement proves same thing. He said "Rahul Gandhi's padyatra (foot march) has increased the faith of farmers." However, Diggy Chacha kept mum on the Haryana land issues and whether Rahul Baba will try some small rally over there.
Rahul Gandhi's foot march, which started on Tuesday from Bhatta-Parsaul village was to address the issue of land acquisition in the state.

After taking the blessings from Madamji and Guru Diggyji, Rahul Baba started his march to win UP in the upcoming elections. He hits the target hard just in his initial interactions with farmers. Baba said farmers “You are not together. Uttar Pradesh is divided and that is why dalals (touts) are running the state.” (Please don’t compare Rahul Baba’s foot march with that of Tom Hank’s in Forrest Gump which was aimless and worthless).
Clothing a snow white Kurta without any wrinkle and a colour of dirt on it, Rahul Baba said “You may not like it. But this is true. Since you are not together that is why this is happening here. Unless you unite, you will continue to suffer. Unless you don’t understand what is happening, the train will not come on its track,”
Rahul Baba began his foot march on Thursday from Sarole village in the district at 6.30 a.m. and walked about 7 km to reach here on his way to Aligarh, where he is slated to address a ‘kisan mahapanchayat’ on July 9.
“I wanted to meet you personally and hear to your problems,” he told the farmers.
Rahul Baba didn’t forget to maintain Congress’ success story in acquiring lands in Haryana to other farmers (UQ “promised a better deal than Mayawati Government if UP farmers select Congress”). He lauded Haryana Government’s land acquisition policy and said “farmers were happy in Haryana and there are no problems there.”
“Unlike here, in Haryana there were no dharnas either as the farmers were paid market rates for their land acquired. That is not done here,” he said.
Rahul Baba also assured that he is not against development and also saw the farmers are supporting it but just a better deal that they are not getting. “No farmer is saying that we are against the building of roads of development, but we want to get involved in this development process. It is the government’s duty to include all of them in this development process. Wherever I go the farmers are ready to give land but are asking for their rights,” he said.
He cited example of Haryana again and said “While in Uttar Pradesh the farmer land is taken away forcibly, in Haryana farmers are paid adequate compensation, help and employment.”
We are yet to get any reaction from Diggy Chacha as he was in Madhya Pradesh.

Using the similar “style” of Diggy Chacha, India’s one of the most popular Lawyers and ex- Minister of Earth Sciences and Minister of Science and Technology and currently Minister of Communications and Information Technology and Minister of Human Resource Development Mr. Kapil Sibal said, "Our promise to the nation was to bring the bill in the monsoon session. We never said it will be passed in the monsoon session." He further added that the process can conclude by the winter session if the urgency and resolve on display at the all-party meeting is sustained over the next few months.
Showing the damage control after DMK’s “differing” views with Government (first time we came to know DMK is different from Government) on Lokpal Bill Hon. Ex-Finance Minister and currently Home Minister Mr. P Chidambaram (Chiddu Uncle) said, "UPA is not a political party. It's a coalition of political parties. When you have more than one party, you may have different views on some issues. That does not mean that the UPA is divided." (Interesting, intelligent and unique views, Diggy Chacha please check whether Chiddu Uncle and Mr. Sibal took your permission before making such copyrighted statements).
Chiddu Uncle further tried to derail Mr. Anna Hazare’s Mission by exuding confidence that a "strong" Lokpal bill will be brought to Parliament, the government feels the final shape of the anti-corruption law will be influenced by deliberations of the standing committee it is referred to.
Interestingly he applauded by the consensus forged at Sunday's all-party meeting on the Lokpal bill and feels debate in Parliament as well as discussions in a standing committee to which it is bound to be referred to, will see positions articulated by parties being amended and refined. (Interestingly, we have not seen any replies from Mr. Anna Hazare, he must feel shocked)
He gave some future indications which have to take in a positive light. Diggy Chacha were always in a favour of such views. Chiddu Uncle described as "preliminary views" opinions expressed by some political parties for or against bringing the PM and the judiciary under Lokpal ambit. "Our impression is that all these views are subject to change when we go through the procedures," he said. (New Disclaimer, Views of all Political Parties are subject to change based on the circumstances).
He also stressed on the point that the MPs have all the rights to introduce and discuss such wonderful bill and take credit for that. Gradually, DCFC readers will come to know which political party will gain the most out of Lokpal Bill discussions. He said "We will bring the bill in the monsoon session of Parliament. The bill will be examined according to established procedures... MPs desire to follow the established procedures." The government has emphasized the primacy of the parliamentary process and the role of political outfits to pilot and approve legislations – an argument in keeping with its view that the Lokpal advocated by civil society groups like Anna Hazare's is not in consonance with the Constitution.
Totally ignoring Hazare's threat to launch a hunger strike from August 16 if the bill doesn't become a law by then, the home minister said it was "premature" to predict as the bill "will satisfy the vast majority of this country".

As we already maintained, nothing in the world that Diggy Chacha doesn’t know is not in existence. Finally, truth came in front of him. Truth has no courage to remain covered for long time from Diggy Chacha and we appreciate the honesty of truth that it exposed itself. Now Diggy Chacha put the truth in front of all people of India proving his sincerity towards India (sorry Diggy Chacha to universe).
Alleging a BSP MP and an MLC were involved in the killing of Dr YS Sachan, senior Congress leader Diggy Chacha said the Mayawati government was shielding the masterminds behind the murder of three CMOs.
"First CMO Dr Vinod Arya was killed in October, 2010, then Dr BP Singh was murdered in April this year and now deputy CMO Sachan was killed inside the Lucknow district jail.
"All the three cases are related to each other and the materminds behind them are yet to be exposed," Chacha told reporters here.
Chacha also reported the locations of the masterminds and said "they are being shielded by the chief minister's office".

In line with long term political vision, Rahul Baba is on expansion spree and trying to add India’s most populated state Uttar Pradesh Rajya to Congress’ account before becoming India’s PM. His foot march (padyatra) launched from the twin villages of Bhatta-Parsaul in UP. India’s future “PM” (quoted by India’s most intellectual leader Diggy Chacha) and currently famous as Rahul Baba said "I wanted to understand the situation of farmers and that is the reason I'm here between you, to talk to everyone of you".
Opposition Parties which always makes comedy of anything concrete done by Congress said that Congress is present in 13 states amongst which states like Haryana, Assam, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra are facing severe land issues. Why doesn’t Rahul Baba rally in these states? But lone warrior and Guru Diggy Chacha defends Rahul Baba. He gave his witty views that Congress has CMs present in 13 states which is an unlucky number and it believes after adding 14th state and that too like UP the luck will improve and it will bring the Ram/Rahim Rajya (as UP is mixed of both Hindu Muslim Population and Congress is Secular Party).
Apart from opposition parties, Anna Hazare’s supporters also join the campaign against Rahul Baba and said humorously why Rahul Baba at this small age involved in difficult activities like padyatra. Why doesn’t he allow senior leaders like Mr. Diggy Chacha to take the rally in his hands? However, Diggy Chacha put the curtains on all these issues by saying Rahul Baba’s foot march (padyatra) from the twin villages of Bhatta-Parsaul was aimed at getting first-hand information from people on the land acquisition policy of the (only and only) Mayawati-led Uttar Pradesh government (Unquoted – As election is due next year).
Diggy Chacha further added it will be a non-political platform supported by non-Hindu leaders (just inverse to Anna Hazare’s Lokpal) where farmers can make their speeches. "Rahul Baba will listen to them and work towards a solution," the senior Congress leader said. He further said that it was his ‘personal wish’ that Rahul Baba is ready for PM. (Unquoted) But this kind of rally will help Indian people to realize he is the best and only candidate as their PM.
Diggy Chacha also advised similar kind of rally to Mr. Anna Hazare, earlier. He said "Anna's decision to go on a hunger strike is okay but it should be remembered that during the freedom struggle whenever Mahatma Gandhi staged a fast, he undertook an agitation before it for public support. The same thing should be followed by Anna."
We searched readers’ comments on web on this particular news and saw a humongous response to rally. Some of which we would like to show our readers. These comment writers appreciated Rahul Baba’s efforts but in a different (or may be inverse) way.
- Tell Rahul walk with POSCO area and get what people has to say.
- Come to Haryana where no city has been spared by the congress govt to grab any piece of land available by using outdated land acquistion rules and forced millions out of their Livelihood.
- Why Rahul Gandhi not interested in taking feedback on Lokpal? He is not interested in any state governed by Congress as if there is nothing wrong in those states. Just trying to fool people for Vote. (interesting but Rahul Baba is still not PM whenever he will become will ask all Congress CMs to work).
